To plant one or another crop, you have first to dig up the ground. To do this, you need to have in your inventory at least one tool. Each tool has a certain number of charges which allow you to plant several different crops simultaneously. Increasing the rarity of a tool increases the number of charges. The charge cooldown is based on the time it takes for the seed you are planting to mature. Type of the tool defines which seeds you can plant at your farm. For planting you also need the seeds. You can buy them in the in-game store, using PFT tokens.

In order for the crops you have planted to grow, you will have to water them. The frequency of watering depends on the land on which your farm is located. If the plant is not watered, it will not die, but it will not continue to grow until you water it.
